Big in Japan?
Monday, 24 August 2009 08:18

ORBITAL was reviewed by appbank.net, a japanese iphone games portal. Unfortunately no one in our team knows what he wrote, but Google helped us at least understand that he liked the game. Thanks taturou for the nice article! Read it here. We also like the gameplay video a lot. It's the first one we didn't produce ;) Here it is:

Orbital Gravity Action! It took some time to create but finally we managed to do it: ORBITAL is finally available and playable all around the world. We already delivered some blogs with a preview version to demonstrate the game and receive first feedbacks. All of them are very well, which makes us really proud. So thank you to all the reviewers for the nice comments. On the left you can read what the press thinks until now.

On the right side we prepared for you the official world highscore list to check your rankings. Type in your nickname and find yourself among all the players. We hope to start a real competition...

You also have the possibility to follow us on Twitter and on Facebook to receive the latest announcements regarding the game.

The official teaser video is also online on YouTube. Check it out:

For all those who don't know what this is all about, here's the app-store description:

-------------------------------------------

ORBITAL is a 1-thumb experience with a simple goal: score points by destroying orbs. A simple puzzle game for all with beautiful visual effects, it can be played in short sessions and is highly addictive.

HOW FAR CAN YOU GO?

-------------------------------------------

GAMEPLAY

You must shoot orbs onto a grid with your cannon. The orb which has been shot and which always contains a three will blow up until it touches an obstacle. Hitting orbs decreases the number until they explode, earning you a point. The game could be endless... There is just one condition: a shot orb must not touch the death line above the cannon! If it does, the game is over.

A simple concept to rack your brains and nerves.

-------------------------------------------

FEATURES

- Single & Two player mode
- 2 game variants: Gravity & Pure
- Beautiful particle effects
- All-time & 24 Hours online Leader board
- Facebook connection: Compare with your friends on Facebook

-------------------------------------------
